Across the past seven years I have worked across a range of live events, some of which are outlined below.
Tour Management and Live Concert Bookings
The below images showcase some of the artist tours I have planned, produced and managed. Performances include sold out shows across New Zealand, music release events, interactive events and experiential music events.
Nutri-Grain Live Activation Event Organiser
While working with the globally recognized creative agency VML (formerly VMLY&R), I served as the agency representative responsible for organizing and orchestrating a 400-person children's pilot event, Nutri-Groms. The event aimed to engage children with outdoor activities while simultaneously enhancing brand exposure and identity. The pilot's success was so impactful that Nutri-Groms is now a recurring event held during every school holiday.
Festival Management & Artist Liason
In addition to performing with my band at many of New Zealand's leading music festivals, I bring seven years of experience as an assistant festival director and artist liaison.
My role as a festival assistant includes supporting the directors of TUKI Festival and Rippon Festival with tasks such as artist selection, schedule coordination, logistics, grant and sponsorship acquisition, and overseeing art and social media campaign management.
As an artist liaison, I have collaborated with some of New Zealand's most renowned festivals, including Splore, Rhythm and Alps, Tora Bombora, and 121. In this role, I have supported nationally and internationally recognized artists such as BICEP, Fat Freddy's Drop, and Barry Can't Swim. My responsibilities have included managing artist schedules and bookings, organizing care packages, coordinating backstage logistics, and handling negotiations.
YAMI Sounz Music Industry Summit
YAMI, which stands for Youth & Adults in the Music Industry, is a two-day national event that brings together some of New Zealand’s most legendary musicians to mentor, share knowledge, and scout emerging talent.
As a lead organizer working closely with the summit’s director, I was responsible for scheduling workshops, scouting talent, booking and coordinating speakers and mentors, managing logistics, and contributing to the creation of the PR and promotional release plan.
Aston Road Masterclass - Music Industry Educational Summit
While working with Aston Road, I served as the primary organizer of the seven-day New Zealand industry event Masterclass 2022 & 2023. This event was made possible through secured funding from the New Zealand Music Commission, along with sponsorships I facilitated. We developed eight core modules, each featuring two guest speakers from across the country, designed to help emerging artists navigate the complexities of the music industry.

The Ruby Swim Event
A 500-person annual swim event held in Wanaka, New Zealand. My responsibilities included organising the prize-giving ceremony, managing volunteers, and coordinating on-site production and logistics in collaboration with the event’s lead organiser.
